SoloBase gives one person a Studio they own: a card under their name, a site behind it, a private Client Hub for each client, and payments that go straight to their own Stripe. People find you, work with you, pay you, and come back, all under your brand.
Built by someone who needed it.
I’m Harris, a software engineer. For years I did client work next to my day job, sometimes three projects at once. I loved the work. What wore me down was everything around it.
Notes in one app, files in another, progress reports written at midnight so a client could see what I had done. When a report slipped, the work looked smaller than it was, and so did I. I tried Notion; it held everything, but it was Notion’s page with my work inside, not mine. And I never found a calm way to bring up money in the middle of a project. Asking for a payment in a chat broke the mood every time.
Two friends had the same problem in different clothes. One reads tarot, mostly through Facebook and Messenger. People love his readings and lose them in the scroll; he wanted a name clients remember, and a way of working as serious as he is. The other is an accountant who chased the same documents every month across email and chat, while the care she put into her clients disappeared in the mess. Client work is client work, whether you write code, give advice or read tarot: the work gets done, and everything around it piles up.
So I built SoloBase to carry that part for us: your name in front, a Client Hub for each client where the work and the updates live, and the invoice sent inside that Hub, so the conversation can stay on the work.
If you trust SoloBase with your clients, here is what I promise. Their payments go straight to your own Stripe; we take 0%. Your card and your Client Hubs carry your name. Every feature on this site says whether it runs today, and every change is written on the What’s new page. And when you write to support@solobase.org, I read it myself.

How SoloBase is built
SoloBase is small and independent, run by the person who built it. We build the Studio in the order a client meets it: the card first, then the Client Hub, then the counter, and then around again, making each part sharper.
We say plainly what works today. Every feature on this site carries one status: Live, Early access, or Coming soon. If it says Early access, it works, with a limit the page names. If it says Coming soon, it is not built yet.
Money never passes through us. Your clients pay your own Stripe account, connected with a limited key you create and can revoke at any time. Our Security page explains how that works.
