The $1,000 rule
We are paid when you are paid.
Free is free until your Studio has earned you $1,000. Past that, you are running a business on it, and a plan is fair. It is a threshold, never a share: we still take 0% of every payment, before and after. We count only what your clients paid through checkouts your Studio made, from our own payment records, not your Stripe balance.
Past $1,000 on Free, your Studio stops growing: no new Client Hubs or pages and no new people until you choose a plan

Calls
Call time is counted in participant-hours.
A participant-hour is people × hours. An hour of 1:1 uses two. A one-hour class of ten uses ten. One count for 1:1 and group, because that is what a call costs to run.

Do you take a cut of what I earn?
No. 0% on every plan, always. Your clients pay your own Stripe account, and SoloBase never holds the money.
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe’s standard processing fees, charged by Stripe on your account as on any other Stripe payment. SoloBase adds nothing on top.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for ten months and get twelve: $290 a year for Pro, $790 a year for the Studio plan.
What happens when I pass $1,000 on Free?
Nothing you have already made stops. Your Studio stops growing, with no new Client Hubs or pages and no new people, until you choose a plan. Everyone who already has access keeps it, and everything already paid for stays open.
Can I buy Pro today?
Not yet. Billing for Pro and the Studio plan opens soon, and this page will say so the day it does. Free works today.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time once billing opens. A paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your Studio moves to Free and keeps working.
Do you offer refunds?
Plan billing is not open yet, so nothing is charged today; the refund policy for plans is published before billing opens. Refunds to your own clients are yours to give, in your Stripe dashboard.
