One tap, and Amara picked “Birth support”.
The people are illustrative, not customers. Each story shows how a practice like theirs runs on SoloBase.
Before
Texts at 2 a.m., a plan in three messages
With SoloBase
The birth plan is a note they can read anytime
Now
Care with limits she can keep
Nia supports families through birth. She gives everything to the people she cares for, and she has learned she needs limits to keep doing it.
At a prenatal class she leaves a stack of cards; parents scan the code and save her contact.
With SoloBase, her card says “Booked until the 31st”, and it reopens by itself the next day. A mother asks and tells her the due date; Nia says yes. The birth plan is a note the mother can read at any hour and ask about there; each prenatal visit adds a note, and so do the first weeks at home.
What changed: the 2 a.m. texts became questions on the plan, which she answers when she opens their Client Hub in the morning. When the second baby comes, the family asks again, and a new Client Hub opens beside the first.

Lena
Nutrition coach for busy parents
Lena coaches busy parents on everyday eating. Her meal plans used to go out as photos in chat, and the questions arrived at dinner time.
Now each client’s week is a note in their Client Hub: the plan, the recipes, the shopping list. After each check-in, what they agreed goes in too; they ask on the note, and the next week starts from this one.
Sofia
Tarot reader
Sofia’s readings used to vanish into the DMs, and clients asked her to repeat what she had said.
Now a client asks from her card and says what is on their mind; Sofia says yes, and the reading becomes a note they can read again. The next reading opens its own Client Hub, and the last one is still there to read.
