One tap, and Tess picked “Sponsored episode, three weeks”.
The people are illustrative, not customers. Each story shows how a practice like theirs runs on SoloBase.
Before
Sponsors by email, listeners on three apps
With SoloBase
Work with me for brands, a Community Hub for listeners
Now
The sponsor comes back; the listeners stay
Ken hosts a weekly podcast about running a small agency. Sponsors write to his inbox, and his most loyal listeners are scattered across three apps that are not his.
He puts a door on his show notes: his card, on his own domain, with each episode as a post and two ways in. Listeners join his Community Hub; brands pick “Sponsored episode” under Work with me.
With SoloBase, a design-tool brand asks for a three-episode run. Ken accepts, and their Client Hub opens with the brief. He sends the proposal there; the brand signs by typing a name and pays the deposit to his own Stripe. The scripts and the reads are notes the brand comments on.
What changed: his listeners talk between episodes in a place under his name, and the brand comes back for next season, with the last campaign still in their Client Hub.
Coming: monthly dues for his Community Hub, paid to his own Stripe.

Newsletter writer
Priya writes a weekly letter about money for new parents. Her posts live on her own domain, in her Content Hub, and go to her readers by email.
Her most engaged readers join her paid Community Hub with one payment to her own Stripe, and ask under the post they read instead of in her inbox. She answers once, and the answer stays for everyone. Monthly dues are coming.

Marco reviews camera gear on YouTube. Brand offers came by DM and email, and every rate was negotiated from scratch.
Now his card lists three packages under Work with me: a full video, a mention, a short. A brand picks one and gives the launch date. He sends the proposal in their Client Hub, they sign and pay the deposit to his own Stripe, and the draft cut is a note they comment on.
