Refund Policy
If a paid plan is not right for you, you should not have to argue about it. Here is when we refund, how to ask, and what this policy does not cover.
Effective October 1, 2026 · Last updated September 29, 2026
In short
- The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
- New to a paid plan? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
- Cancel anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and then it does not renew.
- We always refund a charge made in error.
Who handles plan payments
Our reseller, Paddle.com, is the merchant of record for plan purchases. Paddle takes the payment, issues your receipt, and processes every refund we approve. You can ask either us or Paddle for a refund. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
Your first payment: 14 days
If you buy a paid plan (Pro or the Studio plan, monthly or annual) for the first time, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of that first payment, for any reason. Your Studio then moves to the Free plan.
Renewals
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year until you cancel. We send a reminder by email before an annual plan renews.
Monthly renewals are not refunded; cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged again. If an annual plan renews and you did not mean to keep it, ask within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund that renewal in full.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep your paid features until then. We do not refund the unused part of a period, except as this policy says.
When a paid plan ends, your Studio moves to the Free plan’s limits. Nothing you made is deleted because you cancelled.
Charges made in error
If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount, tell us and we will refund the difference in full, whenever you notice it.
How to ask for a refund
Write to support@solobase.org from the email address on your account, with the order number from your Paddle receipt if you have it. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link on your receipt or at paddle.net. We reply to refund requests within 5 business days, and once a refund is approved, the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.
Payments your clients make to you
This policy covers only what you pay SoloBase for a plan. Payments your clients make to you go straight to your own Stripe account; SoloBase never receives or holds them and cannot refund them. Refunds to your clients are yours to decide and to issue from your Stripe dashboard, under your own policy.
If you are a client and want a refund for a session, a package or access to a Client Hub, please ask the person you paid.
Your rights under the law
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the version in effect when you made a payment applies to that payment. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
