One tap, and Dev picked “Brand kit for a small shop”.
The people are illustrative, not customers. Each story shows how a practice like theirs runs on SoloBase.
Before
“final_v7.pdf” and feedback in three threads

His portfolio stays; a Client Hub opens behind it
Now
A year later, the files and the reasons
Leo designs logos and brand kits for small shops. He is proud of his portfolio site and tired of the parts around the work: the “final_v7” files, the feedback scattered across three email threads.
He keeps his portfolio and puts a door on it: “Start a project” opens his card. A café owner picks “Brand kit for a small shop” and names three brands she loves.
With SoloBase, Leo accepts, and their Client Hub opens with her answer inside. Each round is a note with the drafts as images, and her comments sit on that round, not in her inbox. The handover is a note with every file.
What changed: a year later, when she needs the logo for a sign, the files are there, with the note on why option B won.
Coming: monthly billing for the brand work that follows, inside the Client Hub.

Sam
Copywriter
Sam writes website copy for small businesses, then keeps their newsletter going every month. His drafts used to travel as attachments, and the comments came back on the wrong version.
Now each draft is a note in the client’s Client Hub, and so is every month’s newsletter. The client reads the latest version and asks on the line it is about; Sam makes the change. A year in, the founder puts it plainly: everything you’ve written for us is in one place. A monthly price for the newsletter, paid inside the Hub, is coming.
Elise
Interior designer
Elise redesigns kitchens and living spaces on her own. A couple used to send her photos by text and product links in two different chats.
Now they ask from her card, and once she says yes she invites both of them into their Client Hub: photos of the space as it is, the mood board, the floor plan and the product links, each a note they comment on. Two years later, the upstairs gets a Client Hub of its own.
