One tap, and Jordan picked “Six months, new-leader program”.
The people are illustrative, not customers. Each story shows how a practice like theirs runs on SoloBase.
Before
Free advice first, then notes that vanish
With SoloBase
A recap and homework note after every session
Now
Month six: the whole journey in one place
Maya coaches newly promoted leaders, six months at a time, often paid for by their company. She loves the work, and two things used to wear on her: the free advice people expected first, and the session notes that stayed in her notebook while the homework sat in an email the client lost.
An HR leader she once worked with writes: “Can I pick your brain about a new VP of ours?” Maya answers with her card instead of a free hour. The HR leader passes it to Jordan, the new VP, who taps it, picks “Six months, new-leader program” and writes what the first year looks like.
With SoloBase, Maya accepts, and Jordan’s Client Hub opens with those words as the first note. After each session she posts the recap and the homework as a note and tells Jordan it is there; Jordan asks on the note between sessions. In month three she opens a shared Client Hub for a three-way review with Jordan’s manager.
What changed: in month six, Jordan reads the whole journey back, from the first worry to the last review, and the HR leader sends the next VP. The Client Hub outlives the engagement.
Coming: the program billed monthly by itself.

Marcus
Operations consultant
Marcus fixes operations for mid-size companies, four weeks at a time. A CEO who read his published analyses asks from his card and describes what is slowing the company down.
He answers with his scope and price in their Client Hub, then invites the CEO, the COO and the head of finance into it. Each week’s progress is a note he tells them about, the findings are notes they discuss line by line, and the recommendations stay there after the four weeks end. A year later, the second project starts in the same Client Hub, with everything from the first. The Client Hub outlives the project. (A monthly retainer that bills itself is coming.)
Priya
Fractional CMO for four companies
Priya is the part-time CMO for four companies at once. She used to live inside four clients’ chat workspaces, and her thinking disappeared into the threads.
Now each company has a shared Client Hub with the CEO and the head of marketing: a “This week” note every Monday, the monthly strategy as a note, and a heads-up when it changes. The clients come to her place instead of her going into theirs. When a company hires its full-time CMO, the new CMO reads the Client Hub and is up to speed in an afternoon. The Client Hub outlives the engagement.
