The Studio
Headquarters for a company of one.
Where clients find you, hire you, work with you and pay you, on your own domain and under your own name. A card at the door, three rooms behind it, and a counter that pays your own Stripe.
Free to start · No credit card · 0% of what you earn

At the door · Card & Site
Your name where they look you up.
A card that opens into your own site: what you do, whether you are taking clients, your hour and your weather, and one way to start. Your guides live on the same domain.
Your own domain on Pro, a free address on every plan
Guides and posts, mailed to your readers in your name
Your card made in about a minute

The front desk · Store Hub
Where clients see what you do, and choose you.
Every service with its starting price and its own questions. A client picks one and asks; you accept, and their project room opens. Clients can also book a call at your open times.
Start a project or request a review
“Taking projects · Replies within a day”
Accept, or reply with a price

The project room · Client Hub
A private room for each client.
The brief, the notes, the files and the proposal, in one place only the two of you can open. They sign by typing their name and pay the deposit; the numbered invoice is there for both of you.
Pages written together, Talk beside the work
Proposal, e-signature, deposit and invoices inside
Your team works in it, and never sees the money

The common room · Community Hub
Your crew, your community and their questions.
Channels under your name, answers kept for the next person, direct messages for your team, and one inbox for support, including a Help button on your own app.
Announcements, chat and Q&A
A paid Community Hub or paid channels; monthly dues are coming
Support, assigned, with internal notes

The counter
We don’t take a cut. We don’t take the credit.
Deposits, invoices, paid Community Hubs and paid channels go straight to your own Stripe account. Your client’s statement shows your business, not ours.
Proposals with a deposit when they say yes
Numbered invoices, each with its PDF
0% to SoloBase on every plan; Stripe’s fees apply

What the Studio is not
Built for one person who is accountable for the work.
A headquarters is where clients come to you. The books, the back office and the rest of your tools stay where they are.
Not a marketplace
Nobody browses experts on SoloBase. Clients arrive because someone told them your name.
Not a back office
No accounting, no operations, no automation builder. SoloBase is the front door and the counter; keep the tools you like for the rest.
Not a link in bio
A link stops at the click. Your card takes the next step itself: the inquiry, the project room, the payment.
They are where you are found.SoloBase is where you are hired.
About the Studio
What runs today, and what is coming?
The card and site, the Content Hub, the Store Hub, Client Hubs with proposals, e-signature, deposits and invoices, the Community Hub and Get help all run today, with payments to your own Stripe, calls and booking. Monthly memberships are coming. Every feature on this site carries its status.
Do I need every room?
No. Many owners start with the card alone and open a project room the first time a client says yes.
Is a Client Hub a client portal?
Yes. It is the part your client opens: their brief, the notes and files, the proposal and the invoices, under your name.
Where does my client’s money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account. SoloBase never holds it and takes 0% of it; Stripe’s standard processing fees apply.
Your next client is about to look you up.
Make the card in a minute. The rooms and the counter are there when the first client says yes.
