One tap, and Maria picked “Repair visit”.
The people are illustrative, not customers. Each story shows how a practice like theirs runs on SoloBase.
Before
Blurry photos by text, forgotten quotes
With SoloBase
A Client Hub for each home, the price in writing
Now
Fewer wasted trips, repeat calls
Ray has fixed things in people’s homes on his own for fifteen years. He is good at it, and tired of the texts: a blurry photo, “can you come today?”, and a quote nobody remembers agreeing to.
Most of his work comes from neighbors. One tells another, “Ray fixed our dishwasher.”
With SoloBase, that neighbor sends Ray’s link, and his card arrives in the text. The homeowner picks “Repair visit” and says what is broken. Ray says yes; the house’s Client Hub opens with that description, the homeowner adds photos there, and the price and the time are agreed in writing. The before-and-after photos and the part he replaced stay there.
What changed: fewer wasted trips, prices in writing, and when the heater acts up next winter, the family opens the same link, and Ray already knows the house.

Jess
Dog walker and pet sitter
When families traveled, Jess used to answer “how is Luna?” texts all day, between walks.
Now each pet has a Client Hub with the vet’s number and the feeding plan, and Jess keeps a note for the week. The family opens it from the airport and sees this week’s update, “Fed, 30-minute walk”, with a photo.
Ellen
Caregiver for an older parent
Ellen cares for Mr. Park at home. His three children live in three states, and each of them used to call her for their own update.
Now Ellen invites all three into one shared Client Hub. Her daily note, meals, walk, mood, is the same for everyone, and their questions sit under it instead of in three phone calls.
