June
Florist, for events and offices

Open for projects
One tap, and Rachel picked “Weekly office flowers”.
The people are illustrative, not customers. Each story shows how a practice like theirs runs on SoloBase.
Before
Requests by phone, details misheard
With SoloBase
The date, the budget and the style in writing
Now
The right flowers, the repeat order
June makes arrangements for offices and small events on her own. Her orders used to come by phone, and a misheard color meant a wrong arrangement.
An office manager passes her link to a friend at another company. The friend sees the card, with a photo of June’s work, and taps “Weekly office flowers”.
With SoloBase, June knows the start date, the budget and the style before she says yes. Reference photos and each week’s arrangement are notes in their Client Hub, and the client comments on them.
What changed: fewer wrong arrangements, and the weekly order is agreed once, in writing, instead of on every call.
Coming: the monthly invoice that sends itself.

Paul
Custom cake baker
Paul makes cakes to order, and the design used to be agreed across a dozen messages.
Now the client asks for a cake from his card with the date and the number of guests, adds inspiration photos in their Client Hub, and the design is agreed on one note.
Nora
Calligrapher for invitations and signs
Nora letters invitations, place cards and signs, and every job used to end with a guest list pasted into an email and a spelling fixed at midnight.
Now the couple asks from her card with the date and the count, the guest list is a note in their Client Hub, and the proof is agreed on that note before she starts.
