The Client Hub
Say yes. The work has a place of its own.
A private Client Hub for every client: the brief, your notes, the files, and every question, in one place only you and your client can open. The work stops living in email threads, text messages and a shared folder nobody can find.
Live
Inside a Client Hub
Everything about one engagement, in one place.
The brief
The client’s own answers become the Hub’s first note, titled in their words. Nobody retypes anything.
Notes and files
Write the plan, the recap, the next steps. When you update a note, the page your client has open changes by itself within seconds. Files sit beside the note they belong to.
Questions on the note
A question attaches to the note it is about, so the answer sits next to the thing it answers.
Talk
Talk beside the work: chat with reactions and attachments, and the proposal sent, the yes and each payment as they happen.
Calls, 1:1 and group
Meet inside the Client Hub, up to 25 people, with the notes next to you and your screen shared. Each call has its own link on your site, and a call you schedule lands in everyone’s calendar. Counted in participant-hours on every plan.
Close the project
When the work is done, close it. Your client sees it at once and keeps reading everything, and is asked for a few words you approve before they go on your site.
How a Client Hub opens
A client says yes. Their Client Hub is there.
You do two things in the whole story: keep your card, and press Accept.
01
They open your card
A referral taps the button on your card, such as “Start a project,” and reads what the work is and how it starts.
02
They tell you the work
A couple of short answers, in their own words, about what they need and when. They sign in with a link sent to their email, with no password to invent.
03
You press Accept
Their request arrives with their name and their answers, and you both get an email. Accept it, or decline it with a note in your own words.
04
The Client Hub opens
A private Client Hub for the two of you, with their brief as the first note. They get an email with the way in.
Clients you already have
Bring in the work already in flight.
Most of your clients are already in your inbox. Type one line for each: their name and the work. When you are ready, press Invite, add their email, and their Client Hub opens with the invitation on its way.
A name and one line each, nothing more to fill in
No Client Hub is made until you press Invite
Every client you work with, listed in one place under Working with
Who can see it
Private, and kept that way.
A Client Hub for two
A Client Hub opened when you accept an inquiry holds you and that client. When more people belong in the work, such as a CEO and a head of marketing, invite them into the same Client Hub.
Nothing public
A client’s Client Hub never appears on your site, in your store or in search. Only the people inside can open it.
One inbox for you
Every question from every Client Hub lands in one Inbox, grouped by person, with the note it was asked on. You see who is waiting, not a feed.
Client Hubs with a price
Or they pay to come in.
Put a price on a Client Hub and a client opens it by paying. The payment goes to your own Stripe account, and access is granted the moment Stripe confirms it. Nobody has to send an invitation by hand.

About Client Hubs
What is live here?
Client Hubs for clients work end to end today: the request, Accept, the Hub, the brief, the conversation, the proposal with e-signature, the deposit and the invoices, paid to your own Stripe, calls inside the Hub, and closing the project when the work is done.
Does my client need an account?
They sign in with a link sent to their email. There is no password and nothing to install.
How many Client Hubs can I have?
One private Client Hub on Free, unlimited on Pro and the Studio plan. Billing for the paid plans opens soon.
Is this a project manager?
No. There are no tasks, time tracking or reports inside a Client Hub. It holds the conversation and the work you share with one client. Keep the tools you run your business on.
Give your next client a Client Hub of their own.
Start with the card. Their Client Hub opens the first time a client says yes.
