Office hours
The questions you answer for free, answered once a week, for a fee.
You already give advice in DMs, over coffee and after talks. Gather the people who ask into a Community Hub with a price to join, hold one group call a week in its channel, and offer a paid one-to-one to whoever needs more. Every payment goes to your own Stripe.
For coaches, consultants and fractional leaders

Step 1 · Open the door, with a price
One Community Hub for the people who keep asking.
Open a Community Hub with a general channel and a Q&A channel, write a short page on how it works, and set a price to join. Maya charges $30 for her New Leaders Circle. The people who asked her for “a quick call” now have a place to ask, and a reason to.

Step 2 · Hold the hour in the channel
Thursday at four, where the questions already are.
Members post their questions in the channel during the week. On Thursday someone from your team says the call is open, and members join from the conversation with one tap. The questions are on the screen beside the call, so nobody has to repeat them.

Counted in participant-hours by plan

Step 3 · Keep the answer
Answer once. The next member finds it.
After the call, turn the best answer into a note or an accepted answer in the Q&A channel. Next month, a new member reads it before asking. Your hour keeps working after it ends.
Accepted answers stay found

Step 4 · Offer more to who needs it
A paid one-to-one, then the real project.
Some members need more than a group hour. List a one-to-one session with its price in your Store Hub; they book a time you are open and pay before it. If the session shows real work to do, it becomes a Client Hub with a proposal and a deposit.

Asked about office hours.
What should I charge?
Less than one hour of your one-to-one rate, so joining feels easy, and enough that people come with real questions. Start with a price you can say without flinching, and adjust after the first month.
Can members pay monthly?
Not yet. A price to join is one payment today. Monthly dues are being built and will be labelled when they are live.
Are the calls recorded?
No. Keep what matters as a note or an accepted answer after the call, where every member can read it.
How much call time do I get?
Calls are counted in participant-hours: a one-hour call with ten people is ten. Free includes 10 once, Pro 72 a month, Studio 197 a month.
