For coaches
Sell the package. Keep the work between sessions.
Your clients buy six sessions, not one. What happens between them, the worksheet, the question at midnight, the note you meant to send, is scattered across email, texts and a document per client. Your Studio holds the package and the work around it, in one private Client Hub per client.

A package today
What six sessions look like without a Client Hub.
01
The sale is a payment link in an email.
The client pays in one place and books in another, and you match the two by hand.
02
The notes live in a document per client.
You open it before each session, if you can find it. The client never sees what you agreed last time.
03
The questions come in at midnight.
A text, a DM, a voice note. Good questions, in a place you cannot keep them.
04
Session five forgets session two.
The turn from week two is in a thread nobody will scroll back to.
How your Studio answers it
The package, the Client Hub, and the time between.
A card that says who you coach
Your name, who you work with, and whether you are taking clients this month. The first thing a referral sees.
The package, paid to your Stripe
Your client pays for the package and their Client Hub opens. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account; SoloBase takes 0%.
One Client Hub per client
The notes you share, the worksheet before the next session, and the thread, in a Client Hub only you and your client can open.
Sessions and booking
Clients book at your open times, free or paid, with reminders, and the session happens inside their Client Hub, with your notes beside you.
An illustrative example
Dana’s package, from payment to session six.
Dana Whitfield is an executive coach in Denver who works with first-time founders. A founder a former client sent her way opens her card, reads the six-session package, and pays. The money lands in Dana’s own Stripe account, and a private Client Hub opens for the two of them.
The worksheet for the first session is waiting inside
Questions between sessions go there, not to Dana’s phone
Dana’s shared notes stay, so session five can read session two
SoloBase’s fee on the package: $0.00
Sessions and office hours
The session happens where the notes are.
Start a call inside a client’s Client Hub, or hold office hours in a channel of your Community Hub. The conversation and the notes stay beside the call, and so does the next question.
Up to 25 people, with screen sharing
Clients book at your open times, free or paid, with reminders
Call time counts in participant-hours on every plan

What you keep using
Keep your calendar. Give the work a home.
Calls hold up to 25 people, with screen sharing, and are not recorded. Booking takes free or paid sessions at your open times, with reminders.
| You use | Keep it for | Your Studio adds |

Coaches ask
Can clients book sessions in SoloBase?
Yes: clients book at your open times, free or paid, with reminders, and the session happens inside their Client Hub.
Can I sell a package of sessions?
Yes: a package with a price, paid to your own Stripe, that opens the client’s Client Hub.
Are my client notes private?
A Client Hub opened when you accept a client holds you and that client. When you coach a team, invite each of them into the same Client Hub. Nothing in either is public, and SoloBase shows no other coaches next to you.
Will AI answer my clients for me?
No. SoloBase never puts AI between you and your client. Your clients hear from you.
Your next client can buy the whole package.
Make your card in a minute. The Client Hub and the package are there when the first client says yes.
