For fractional executives
Three companies. Three Client Hubs that never touch.
You sit at two or three leadership tables at once, a few days a week each, and every one of them trusts you with things their own staff have not heard yet. Your Studio gives each company its own private Client Hub, under your name, and a card that tells the next founder whether you have a seat free.

Running several engagements
Where a fractional practice leaks.
01
Every company puts you in its own tools.
Three Slacks, three drives, three logins. Your own thinking about each engagement has no home you own.
02
The wrong window is one click away.
Board prep for one company and a hiring plan for another, open side by side. A mix-up can cost the engagement.
03
When an engagement ends, your notes leave with it.
What you wrote lives in their drive. You start the next company from a blank page.
04
The next founder cannot tell if you have a seat free.
Your LinkedIn says fractional COO. It does not say whether a seat opens in January.
How your Studio answers it
One Studio, one Client Hub per company.
A private Client Hub per company
Scope, decisions, your notes and the files you choose to keep, one Client Hub per company. The one that opens when you accept holds you and your contact; invite the CEO and the head of marketing into it too. Nobody at one company can see another’s.
A card that shows your capacity
What you do, the companies you work with, and your status. A founder who hears your name at a dinner knows whether to write before they write.
Your own domain
On Pro, your Studio runs on your own domain with no SoloBase mark. The CEO and the board see your name, not ours.
Payments to your own Stripe
Paid access to a Client Hub goes straight to your own Stripe account. SoloBase never holds the money and takes 0% of it.
An illustrative example
Marcus runs three companies from three Client Hubs.
Marcus Hale is a fractional COO in Denver who works two days a week with each of three venture-backed companies, all found by referral. Each company has its own Client Hub in his Studio, and each CEO sees only theirs.
Monday’s board prep sits in one Client Hub; Wednesday’s hiring plan in another
A CEO’s question attaches to the plan it is about
When a founder at a dinner asks for his time, his card says whether a seat is open
The Client Hub holds the engagement; the company’s own files stay in the company’s drive
What you keep using
The company’s tools stay the company’s.
You still work inside each client’s systems. Your Studio is the one place that belongs to you.
| You use | Keep it for | Your Studio adds |
|---|---|---|
| The client’s Slack and drive | Day-to-day work with their team, on their systems | Your own view of the engagement: scope, decisions, the notes you keep |
| Being found | Being hired: the card your profile points to | |
| The tool you use for contracts and retainers | Contracts your lawyer drafted, and monthly retainers | The front door a referral finds before any contract |

Fractional executives ask
Can one company see another’s Client Hub?
No. A Client Hub opened when you accept an inquiry holds you and that one person; invite more people from that company and they join the same Hub. They see their own Hub and nothing else in your Studio.
Should board material live in the Client Hub?
Put in the Client Hub what you would keep in your own notes about the engagement. Material the company requires to stay on its own systems stays there.
Can clients pay a monthly retainer through SoloBase?
Not yet. Today a payment is a package, an invoice or paid access to a Client Hub, paid once. Keep invoicing retainers the way you do today.
How many Client Hubs will I need?
One per company. The free plan includes one; Pro includes unlimited Client Hubs at $29 a month, once paid plans open with billing.
The next company gets a Client Hub of its own.
Make your card in a minute, and let it say when a seat opens.
